Tech Savvy Elders at Ulladulla High School

An inter-generational learning experience was delivered through the Tech Savvy Elders program held at Ulladulla High School on 4 April 2015.

The program was delivered in partnership with local community, Ulladulla High School, the NSW Aboriginal Consultative Group, Family and Community Services and Telstra.

Elders were shown by the students how to use tablet devices for emailing, browsing the internet, watching videos and for general entertainment.

Elders shared their stories and gave the students insight into what life was like in the past. They emphasised the importance of education, particularly in modern times.

A wonderful time was had by all who attended, and the experience turned out to be of great value for students and Elders alike.

Here is a collection of photographs from the event.
